- What do you need from me for a first recommendation?
- Where the screen will go, indoors or outdoors, the approximate size, how far away people will stand and what it should show. A photo of the location helps most.
- How quickly will I get an answer?
- First you get an assessment from us. For the binding quote we clarify structural requirements and mounting, often with a site visit.
- Where do the screens come from?
- We produce them in China, directly at the factory. Because we are not tied to any brand, we choose the right product for each project, and you do not pay any middlemen.
- Do you also do installation and service?
- Yes. We install the screen, put it into operation and train your team.
- What happens if a module fails?
- Normally you have spare modules on site, and your team replaces the module itself. If needed, we come by. We have the faulty module repaired so that your stock is full again.
- Does using the configurator place an order?
- No. It shows size, resolution, weight and power requirements. The binding quote with a price follows once location, structural requirements and content are clear.
